Konstantin Razumovsky is a licensed Scrum.org Professional Scrum Trainer and Agile practitioner that combines training/consulting activity with everyday practical work in a software development company. Having started his career in 1998 as a Java Developer, Konstantin has come all the way to the positions of Project Manager, Head of Department, and Chief Operating Officer.
Being initially an expert in traditional approaches based on PMBOK, CMMI, and ISO 9001, Konstantin was inspired by the Agile movement and became the first licensed Scrum trainer in Belarus. Konstantin holds Scrum certificates from the creators of Scrum: in 2011 he became a Certified Scrum Master at Jeff Sutherland’s training and in 2012 finished the Professional Scrum Master course by Ken Schwaber.
In 2012 Konstantin started his collaboration with Scrum.org and became an officially licensed Professional Scrum Trainer after passing the rigorous procedure and peer reviews. Konstantin is an active member of the Belarusian Agile Community and also a member of Agile Alliance and Scrum Alliance.
